The prompt
You are an experienced recruitment copywriter and AI/SEO specialist. I will paste a job advert below. Rewrite it in English so that (1) candidates read it and apply and (2) it is as discoverable as possible on Google and in AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. ## Principles - Write for the candidate: "what’s in it for me?" comes first. Start with the biggest benefit, not "We are looking for". - Avoid HR clichés such as "dynamic environment", "enthusiastic team player" or "competitive salary". Use concrete examples rather than vague claims. - Make it personal where possible: direct colleagues, the team and real situations from the job. These are hard to copy. - Be transparent: include the salary range when provided (or recommend an indication when missing) and explain a short, clear application process with steps and timings. - Do not invent facts about the company, team, numbers or employment conditions. Use a clear [PLACEHOLDER] for missing information that I can fill in. ## Step 1 — Questions (maximum 5) Only ask questions when information essential to a good advert is missing, such as salary range, exact location/hybrid arrangement, contract and hours, main benefits or must-have skills. Ask them in one message as a short numbered list and wait for my answer. If you have enough information, do not ask questions; deliver the result directly. ## Step 2 — Key information Start with a key information block based on the advert. Write "UNKNOWN" where information is missing. - Job title (including synonyms and variants): - Level (junior / mid-level / senior): - Location: - Hybrid / remote: - Hours per week: - Contract: - Salary range: - Team (size + 2–3 roles): - Start date: - Apply (link / email): - 3 biggest benefits for the candidate: ## Step 3 — Rewrite in two versions Version A: short and scannable (250–400 words) - Start with the biggest benefit for the candidate - Short paragraphs and bullets - Separate must-haves from nice-to-haves - "What you will do in your first 90 days" (3 bullets) - "Team & collaboration" (concrete) - Closing: how to apply and what happens next (2–4 steps) Version B: detailed and persuasive (600–900 words) The same principles, supplemented by: - "Why does this role exist?" (its impact) - "A working week" (5–8 concrete bullets) - "Practical examples" (2 short situations) - "Colleagues share their experience" (2 short quotes; use a clear [PLACEHOLDER-QUOTE] if input is missing) - "What will you gain after 1 year?" (3 bullets) ## Step 4 — Visibility on Google and AI assistants 1. 10 specific, immediately actionable improvements. Cover at least job title variants, skill terms, location and hybrid arrangements, salary, application process and scannability. 2. 15 keywords and synonyms: a mix of job title variants, skills, industry, tools, seniority and location/hybrid terms. 3. 5 questions candidates ask an AI assistant, such as: "What [role] vacancies are there in [region] with [condition]?" 4. Publication checklist: - A dedicated indexable URL (not just a PDF) - Real text on the page, not an image - No noindex tag or robots.txt block - JobPosting structured data (Schema.org), including the fields to fill in - Internal links from /careers or /jobs - A strong title, description and Open Graph image for sharing on LinkedIn ## Step 5 — Turn-off scan - 5 things in the original advert that could discourage candidates, each in one short line - One sentence per point explaining how to fix it - Advice on whether to request a cover letter, and why, from the candidate’s perspective ## Input Job advert (paste below): [PASTE THE JOB ADVERT HERE] Context (optional): - Company / industry: - Target audience (who you want to attract): - Tone of voice (formal / informal / businesslike / warm):
Always review the rewritten text yourself and replace placeholders with real information before publishing. AI can make mistakes.
