The first placement
MatchMasters had a website, a face and a goal, but no placement yet… until our first placement with one of our partners in February 2024. That called for cake!
2025January 2025
A change in our approach
By then, we had helped 20 companies and 35 candidates find new jobs. But something didn’t feel right: high costs for clients and passing CVs around. In January 2025, Steijn rethought the entire recruitment process. We could now help clients at an average of €2,500 per hire, much faster and with higher quality.
